Location: Whitstable (Near Canterbury), Kent (Office based)

Salary: £30,000–£50,000 DOE

About the Role

\n

Our client is looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancer to join their friendly and well-established property team based in Whitstable, near Canterbury.

\n

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent law graduate looking to kick start their career, or a Licensed Conveyancer looking to build their career, as well as experienced Residential Conveyancers seeking their next challenge. Our client is open to considering candidates at different stages of their career and will offer a competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

    \n
  • Manage a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion.
  • \n
  • Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new build transactions where applicable.
  • \n
  • Prepare and review contracts, legal documents and reports.
  • \n
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other legal professionals throughout the conveyancing process.
  • \n
  • Conduct property searches, review title documentation and deal with enquiries.
  • \n
  • Provide clear, practical legal advice and regular updates to clients.
  • \n
  • Ensure all matters are handled in accordance with regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • \n
  • Deliver an excellent standard of client care and build lasting client relationships.
  • \n

About You
