Private Client Solicitor (5 years PQE)

Full-Time | Office-Based

A well-established and friendly law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Private Client Solicitor (3-5 years' PQE) to join its supportive and growing team.

This is a permanent, full-time, office-based opportunity, working across the firm's offices as part of a collaborative Private Client department.

The successful candidate will manage their own caseload of Private Client matters from start to finish, providing high-quality advice and support to clients across a range of areas including:

• Wills
\n
• Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
\n
• Deputyship matters
\n
• Probate and Estate Administration
\n
• Trusts
\n

The role offers an excellent opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor looking to develop their career within a supportive team environment, with the opportunity to get involved in business development and networking activities to help grow the department.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3-5 years' PQE experience within Private Client law.
\n
• Strong experience handling Wills, LPAs, Deputyship, Probate, Estate Administration and Trust matters.
\n
• The ability to manage a varied caseload independently.
\n
• Experience using a case management system (desirable).
\n
• Experience with contentious probate matters (advantageous but not essential).
\n
• A proactive approach to business development and networking.
\n
• A full UK driving licence (essential).
\n
