Project Quantity Surveyor

About the role of Project Quantity Surveyor As Project Quantity Surveyor, you will be joining a Tier 1 Main Contractor who operate across Europe with a London office based in the City. They deliver major building, infrastructure, rail, highways and commercial developments with a turnover of over £1bn. You will be supporting the commercial team on £200m+ commercial scheme which will provide 200,000 + sq ft. of office space across 23 storeys in City of London, where you will be based. It will also include a CAT A fit out as well as a refurbishment of a Grade II listed building. You will be reporting into the Senior Commercial Manager. Key Responsibilities of Project Quantity Surveyor Include but not limited to; Supporting package procurement and cost control Ensuring financial performance of work packages is accurately reported and effectively managed Helping to identify, mitigate and resolve commercial issues Oversee subcontract obligations Carry out all duties in line with company policies Key Requirements of Project Quantity Surveyor Live within commutable distance to City of London JCT contract experience Degree qualified in a construction related subject Experience working on £50m+ projects ideally in the commercial sector Experience managing subcontractor packages valued up to £10m What's on offer: Salary of up to £60k + Package Car Allowance Travel Allowance Private Healthcare Progression path to Project Quantity SurveyorIf you want to hear more about this Project Quantity Surveyor role role please apply with an up-to-date CV or contact Lucy Murphy on (phone number removed)
