Executive Assistant & Office Manager (Part-Time) Cambridge City 25 Hours per Week | £20,000-£24,000 Pro Rata (£30,000-£35,000 FTE) + Benefits | Fixed-Term Contract (2-3 Years) Site based role with 1 day a week at home We are partnering with a highly respected organisation at the centre of Cambridge's thriving innovation community to recruit a Part-Time Executive Assistant & Office Manager. Ideal for a proactive, highly organised professional who enjoys variety and thrives on keeping operations running seamlessly. Key responsibilities include: Providing high-level executive support to senior leaders, including complex diary and meeting management Coordinating travel arrangements, stakeholder communications and executive administration Managing day-to-day office operations, facilities and administrative processes Supporting onboarding, finance administration and operational projects Assisting with the organisation of meetings, events and visiting delegations We're looking for someone with: Previous experience as an Executive Assistant and Office Manager Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong Microsoft Office and CRM systems knowledge A professional, proactive and adaptable approach What's on offer: £20,000-£24,000 pro rata salary (based on 25 hours per week) Performance-related bonus scheme 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro rata) Pension contribution Flexible working pattern Professional development opportunities The chance to work within one of Cambridge's most influential and collaborative innovation-focused organisations For a confidential discussion or to find out more, please get in touch
