Multi Trader – Social Housing (South London) Location: South London (Southwark and Merton) Pay Rate: £24.54 per hour (via Umbrella Company) Job Type: Temp to perm Benefits: Company Van & Fuel Card Provided We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trader to join a busy social housing maintenance team covering properties across South London. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson looking for consistent work with a well-established contractor. Responsibilities Carry out day-to-day responsive repairs and maintenance in occupied social housing properties. Complete a variety of trades including carpentry or plumbing as well as minor plastering, painting and other maintenance. Diagnose faults and carry out high-quality repairs on the first visit where possible. Deliver excellent customer service while working in tenants' homes. Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company standards. Requirements Proven experience as a Multi Trader, ideally within social housing or domestic maintenance. Strong carpentry skills with experience across other trades. Full Manual UK driving licence (essential). Ability to work independently and manage your own workload. Excellent communication and customer service skills. What's on Offer £24.54 per hour paid via an Umbrella Company. Company van and fuel card provided. Ongoing, full-time work.
