Senior Building Surveyor

London This is a Permanent, Full-time position with a hybrid working pattern, typically attending the office three days per week. The role focuses primarily on commercial refurbishment, modernisation and office fit-out projects, with progression towards Associate level expected within one to two years. Responsibilities * Lead refurbishment, modernisation and fit-out projects from instruction to completion * Manage programmes, budgets, consultants and technical documentation * Build and maintain client relationships throughout project delivery * Deliver surveys, dilapidations, technical due diligence and pre-acquisition assessments where required * Support project delivery across commercial, education and industrial property instructions Requirements * Degree in Building Surveying or related discipline * MRICS qualified * Senior consultancy experience within building surveying * Strong commercial refurbishment, fit-out or modernisation project delivery experience * Experience managing commercial clients and project stakeholders Salary & Package * £60,000–£70,000 salary * Performance and business generation bonuses * Company pension, private medical insurance and cash plan * Car or car allowance * Hybrid working and progression towards Associate level * Generous leave, wellbeing benefits and enhanced family policies 📩 Apply by submitting your CV or contact us directly for more information with no obligation
