Housing Officer

BDS are currently recruiting for a Housing Officer to work with a leading Housing Association. The patch will cover Plymouth and South Hams. Main duties include but are not limited too; * Provide outstanding service and support for customers, handling queries, permissions and tenancy management. * Conduct tenancy sign-ups, viewings and ensure compliance with tenancy agreements. * Manage cases of tenancy breaches, including the Safeguarding of our customers. * Oversee estate standards and service contract to ensure value for money and a high-quality living environment. * Lead the delivery of vibrant resident engagement and support community development objectives within your geographical patch to promote business objectives and to support tenancy and neighbourhood sustainability. Hours; Monday – Friday 9am- 5pm Contract- Temp ongoing to start ASAP Pay rate; £20.75ph PAYE- £27.06ph UMBRELLA Apply now for immediate consideration
