\nAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Rental Service Supervisor to join a busy and growing business in Bristol.\n
\n
\nThis role is ideal for someone with a mechanical or electrical background who enjoys coordinating engineers, solving technical issues and delivering excellent customer service.\n
\n
\nKey Responsibilities\n
\n
\nManage breakdowns and technical service enquiries.\n
\n
\nCoordinate and schedule Field Service Engineers.\n
\n
\nDiagnose faults remotely where possible.\n
\n
\nPlan preventative maintenance and emergency call-outs.\n
\n
\nLiaise with the Parts Department to ensure jobs are completed efficiently.\n
\n
\nMonitor service performance and maintain accurate records.\n
\n
\nSupport the Service Manager with the day-to-day running of the department.\n
\n
\nParticipate in the on-call rota following training.\n
\n
\nWhat We're Looking For\n
\n
\nMechanical or Electrical background.\n
\n
\nExperience in Service Coordination or Technical Supervision.\n
\n
\nKnowledge of generators or similar equipment.\n
\n
\nExcellent organisational and communication skills.\n
\n
\nStrong IT skills and a customer-focused approach.\n
\n
\nA forklift licence and experience within the power generation industry would be an advantage.\n
