Description

As Document Controller Lead - you will;

  • Oversee the document control process for commercial projects, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • \n
  • Maintain and update project documentation, ensuring all records are accurate and complete.
  • \n
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely submission and retrieval of documents.
  • \n
  • Implement document management systems to improve efficiency and accessibility.
  • \n
  • Train and guide team members on document control procedures.
  • \n
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure documentation is up to date and compliant.
  • \n
  • Support project teams with administrative tasks related to documentation.
  • \n
  • Resolve document-related queries and provide solutions promptly.
  • \n

Profile

A successful Document Controller Lead should have:

\n

  • Experience in document control within commercial projects or a similar role.
  • \n
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • \n
  • Familiarity with document management systems and software, knowledge of Aconex and Asite highly desirable.
  • \n
  • Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and stakeholders.
  • \n
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • \n
  • Knowledge of compliance and document control standards.
  • \n

Job Offer

  • Salary ranging from £45,000 to £60,000, dependent on the level of experience.
  • \n
  • Bonus of up to 10%.
  • \n
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
  • \n
  • Hybrid working, dependant on project requirements.
