Tax Advisory Manager

This Corporate Tax Advisory role focuses on the UK Tax needs of UK and Inbound clients, not least US headquartered businesses. This will appeal to someone who enjoys problem solving and wants variety in their role. You can be engaged various in deals, restructuring, planning, disputes and ad hoc advisory projects.

This role would suit an Assistant Manager seeking a step up to Manager and a supportive culture.

An exciting opportunity for an ambitious ACA or CTA qualified Corporate Tax professional to join a leading advisory team in London. Working with a diverse portfolio of UK and international clients, including a significant number of US-headquartered businesses, you'll gain exposure to a broad range of complex and commercially focused tax matters.

This is a highly varied role covering:

• Corporate restructurings and reorganisations
\n
• M&A and transaction-related advisory
\n
• UK and international tax planning
\n
• HMRC enquiries and dispute resolution
\n
• Ad hoc advisory projects and technical tax consulting
\n

The role would suit an experienced Assistant Manager looking to step up into a Manager position, or an existing Manager seeking greater advisory exposure. You'll work in a collaborative and supportive environment with clear progression opportunities and the chance to develop trusted adviser relationships with clients.

Requirements:

• ACA and/or CTA qualified (essential)

• Strong UK Corporate Tax experience within practice

• Advisory experience and excellent problem-solving skills

• Confident communicator with strong client-facing abilities
