Via is supporting a growing national business to recruit a Customer Service Coordinator to join its busy customer operations team.

\n

You'll play a key role in ensuring customers receive an excellent service from enquiry through to completion while working with suppliers and internal teams to keep everything running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage customer enquiries via phone, email and online systems
  • \n
  • Coordinate service bookings with suppliers across the UK
  • \n
  • Process new customer orders and update internal systems
  • \n
  • Resolve customer queries quickly and professionally
  • \n
  • Handle complaints and find effective solutions
  • \n
  • Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotations and arrange services
  • \n
  • Keep customers updated throughout the service process
  • \n
  • Investigate invoice and billing queries
  • \n
  • Prepare service documentation and maintain accurate records
  • \n
  • Work closely with colleagues to deliver an outstanding customer experience

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a busy office, customer service or administration role
  • \n
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • \n
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • \n
  • Good attention to detail
  • \n
  • Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • \n
  • A positive, solution-focused approach
  • \n
  • Confidence handling customer enquiries and complaints
  • \n
  • A team-player mentality with a willingness to support colleagues
  • \n

Previous experience within the waste, logistics or facilities management sectors would be beneficial but is not essential, as full training will be provided.
