\nWorking alongside an experienced Head of Finance within a well established and proven finance leadership team, this role offers real exposure across commercial finance, business performance, budgeting and forecasting, plus senior stakeholder engagement from day one.

\nYou will connect financial performance with commercial decision making across the business. Acting as a trusted partner to operational and functional leaders, you will provide insight, challenge and support that genuinely shapes decisions, while driving continuous improvement across planning, reporting and performance.
\n\nKey Responsibilities

- Business partner with operational and functional leaders, providing financial insight to support decision making \n
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning cycles for allocated business areas \n
- Prepare monthly performance packs with insightful variance analysis against budget and forecast \n
- Identify risks and opportunities within business performance, escalating where appropriate \n
- Support the development and tracking of business cases, investment appraisals and capital expenditure \n
- Challenge and support cost control, margin improvement and operational efficiency initiatives \n
- Translate financial data into clear, actionable insight for non finance stakeholders \n
- Contribute to process improvement across planning, reporting and business performance management \n
- Build strong relationships across finance and the wider business to support informed decision making \n
About You
\n- \n
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified \n
- Minimum three years' post qualified experience in commercial finance, FP&A or business partnering \n
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into commercial insight \n
- Proven experience across budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting \n
- Confidence influencing and challenging stakeholders outside finance \n
- Ability to manage competing priorities against challenging deadlines \n
