Your chief duties will be to support with updating and verifying employee records and data, ensuring compliance with changes in employment law, and providing rudimentary support and advice on best practice. The position is largely an administrative one, while your expertise and capacity to advise where necessary will also be appreciated.

To be successful, you must be well versed in GDPR and employment legislation, as well as displaying integrity and professionalism at all times. CIPD Level 3 or above is highly desirable.
