Urgent Interim Management Accountant Opportunity | Bristol | Immediate Start Charles Maidment from the Hays Bristol senior finance team is recruiting on behalf of a well-established Bristol-based organisation for an experienced Interim Management Accountant, to provide essential support during a busy year-end period. This opportunity has arisen due to an unexpected absence within the finance team and requires someone who can hit the ground running from day one.

The Role:* Support the year-end process, including audit queries and evidence gathering* Assist with the production of monthly management accounts* Work closely with a small, collaborative finance team* Contribute across a UK business with an international subsidiary operationWhat's on Offer:* 3-6-month initial contract*Competitive day rate (PAYE/Umbrella & experience dependent)* Flexible hybrid working (c.1 day per week in the Bristol office)* Immediate start available

About You:* Experienced Management Accountant with strong month-end and year-end experience* Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment* Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills* Able to quickly understand processes and add value from the outset* Available at short notice
