Resident Liaison Officer

Multi Trades Recruitment is looking for a Resident Liaison Officer to begin work for a well-established company in the Newark area.

About the role:

• Monday - Friday
\n
• 08:00 - 16:30
\n
• £14.80 per hour PAYE
\n
• Covering bathroom and kitchen replacement projects, travelling to various locations across Lincolnshire from the Newark office, engaging with residents/customers and liaising with site teams.
\n
• Own car required and travel expenses can be claimed.
\n
• Start: Monday 10th August 2026
\n
• End: Friday 18th September 2026
\n

About You:

• High work ethic & team player
\n
• Punctual & reliable
\n
• Experienced Resident Liaison Officer / Tenant Liaison Officer
\n
• Previous customer liaison experience
\n
• Strong communication skills
\n
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
\n
• DBS required
\n
