Sewing Machinist

CareerMakers Recruitment are currently looking for experienced Sewing Machinists in Skelmersdale, WN8.

Duties:

\n
• Operate industrial sewing machines to sew fabric
\n
• Follow technical drawings and specifications
\n
• Cut, measure, and trim materials to size as required.
\n
• Inspect finished products for quality, ensuring they meet the companys high standards.
\n
• Maintain sewing machines and equipment, troubleshooting any issues and ensuring optimal performance.
\n
• Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines
\n
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following health and safety guidelines.
\n
• Adhere to company policies and quality control procedures.
\n

Skills:

\n
• Experience with industrial sewing machines, including overlock and flatbed machines.
\n
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work consistently.
\n
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
\n

Shift Pattern -

\n
• Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
\n

Pay -

£13 per hour
