Site Maintenance Operative Salary: £30,000-£35,000 Hours: 40 hours per week | Monday to Friday (08:00-16:30)Location: Newport based but willingness to travel to various locations throughout the UKAre you a hands-on maintenance professional who enjoys variety in your work and takes pride in keeping buildings in top condition? Duties will include:General building repairs, including roofing and claddingPlumbing maintenance and minor installationsJoinery and carpentry workTiling and flooring repairsPainting and decoratingCarpet fitting and repairsPaving and external maintenanceDrainage worksGrounds maintenance and site clearancePressure washing of buildings and external areasFurniture assembly and installationFurniture relocation and removalWhat We're Looking ForAt least 3 years' experience in a building trade or property maintenance roleNVQ Level 3 in Plumbing and HeatingExperience with cladding and roofing (desirable)CSCS card (desirable)Full UK driving licenceAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise workloadComfortable using IT systems to log work and track materials or costsGood understanding of health and safety procedures, including risk assessmentsStrong communication skills when working across occupied sitesIf you're a practical problem-solver who enjoys varied work, takes pride in high standards, and is looking for a stable role with excellent benefits, we'd love to hear from you.JDRWalesWe are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from individuals of all backgrounds.
