The Role
\n From a recruitment perspective, this position offers a broad and senior-level caseload, including:

• Advising employer and employee clients on a wide range of employment law matters
\n
• Managing complex Employment Tribunal claims including unfair dismissal, discrimination, and whistleblowing cases
\n
• Providing strategic advice on disciplinary, grievance, redundancy, and restructuring processes
\n
• Advising on TUPE transfers, business reorganisations, and workforce issues
\n
• Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and settlement agreements
\n
• Supervising and mentoring junior team members
\n
• Supporting partners on high-value and complex matters
\n
• Contributing to business development and maintaining strong client relationships
\n

• Qualified Solicitor with significant experience in employment law
