Private Client Locum - Lincolnshire - ASAP Start - Ongoing Assignment\n

A friendly and busy law firm in Lincolnshire is looking to appoint an experienced Private Client Locum to provide support while they recruit on a permanent basis.\n

This is an ongoing assignment with an ASAP start, offering the opportunity to join a supportive team and manage an established caseload with minimal supervision.\n

The successful locum will be handling a broad range of private client matters, including:\n

  • Wills
    • \n
  • Probate and estate administration
    • \n
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney
    • \n
  • Court of Protection matters (desirable but not essential)
    • \n
  • Trusts and estate planning, depending on experience
    • The firm is looking for someone who can hit the ground running, provide excellent client care and manage their own caseload confidently.\n

    The ideal candidate will have:\n

  • Previous experience handling a varied private client caseload independently

  • The ability to start at short notice
    • \n
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
    • \n
  • A proactive and flexible approach
