Their recently built head office matches the ambition.And they're looking for a Merchandiser to help take them further.The Role:You'll report to the Head of Merchandising and lead from the front - running the trading rhythm while building proper planning underneath it. This is very much a traditional merchandiser's role with real breadth: WSSI, OTB, forecasting, markdown, stock management, and team leadership.What You'll Own:Lead and develop a team - setting the standard for how merchandising operatesOwn the trading calendar: weekly trade reviews, reforecasting, responding to paceManage stock and intake with precision, balancing availability with cash flowBuild robust planning foundations that match the speed of the businessPartner with Buying, Supply Chain, and Finance to keep everything alignedFeed insight upwards - you'll have visibility with senior leadership and a voice that countsWhat We're Looking For:Experienced merchandiser with a proper grounding in core principlesHappy trading in a fast-paced, growth environment - reacting quickly, thinking commerciallySomeone who can lead people, not just numbersComfortable blending the reactive and the structured - today stock problems, tomorrow building processesWhy This Works:This is a business that combines scale with momentum.
