Alongside our branded portfolio, were a leading supplier of delicious own-label pastry, sweet bakery, party food, olives and antipasti, added-value egg products, continental meats, dips and sauces and plant-based food to the UKs major retailers, as well as across foodservice.With over 6,000 talented colleagues across 17 sites, and an annual turnover of £1.3bn, were united by a shared ambition to shape the future of food for the better.Location: NottinghamWorking Hours: The working hours are Monday to Thursday 08:30am 5pm, and 8.30pm 4pm on FridaysWe also offer Hybrid and flexible working.Your Duties Will Include:Develop portfolio analysis and link into wider management reviews; aiming to influence the wider commercial, brand and development teams to maximise profitabilityManagement of customer pricing models and ownership of inflation/deflation analysis; providin clarity to the business on the financial impactBusiness partner the commercial team working through varying scenarios throughout the year; both supporting and challenging the team to deliver against their strategiesOwnership of balance sheet reconciliations for both long and short term discounts, ensuring robustness and traceability within the central repositoryPreparation of brand P&Ls and a key participant in the monthly business unit reviewsWorking as part of the commercial finance team to deliver the annual budgetSupport the commercial team in the financial appraisal of the monthly demand re-forecastYour Skills and Experience:Have the ability to work in a growing fast paced environmentPossess strong Microsoft Excel skillsBe a very focused individual with excellent organisation and time management skillsBe able to build strong relationships through great communication and interpersonal skillsHigh levels of attention to detailPossess commercial awareness and business acumenHave an inquisitive mind, willing to challenge and improve processesProfessionally qualified (CIMA or ACCA preferable)Why Join Us?At The Compleat Food Group, we believe our people are the heart of our success.
