A well-established regional law firm is looking to recruit a Solicitor to join its Residential Property team.\n\n

\nThe Role\n
\n
\nThis position offers the opportunity to manage a busy and varied residential conveyancing caseload within a supportive and collaborative team. The role would suit a solicitor who is comfortable working autonomously while delivering a high standard of client service.\nKey responsibilities include:\nManaging a full residential property caseload, including sales, purchases and re-mortgages\nHandling freehold and leasehold transactions\nAdvising clients throughout the conveyancing process and ensuring matters progress efficiently\nDrafting, reviewing and negotiating legal documentation\nLiaising with clients, agents, lenders and third parties\nEnsuring compliance with regulatory and internal procedures\nWorking collaboratively with colleagues across the firm\nContributing to business development and client relationship initiatives\n\n

\nSkills & Experience\n
\n
\nQualified Solicitor with experience in residential conveyancing\nAbility to manage files independently with minimal supervision\nStrong organisational and time-management skills\nConfident and professional client-facing manner\nExcellent communication and attention to detail\nExperience using case management systems\nDesirable:\nExperience handling complex or high-value transactions\nFamiliarity with leasehold and new-build matters\n\n
