About the role\n

\nAs Team Manager and safeguarding lead, youll ensure high performance and quality assurance of services using your experience and skills to effectively motivate and direct your colleagues. Youll lead a great team, supporting them to grow and develop.\n
What youll do\n
\n You will be supported by a Registered Manager ensuring you can support the team while maintaining CQC compliance.\n
\n You are naturally innovative and creative and will help your team to achieve and maintain the high standards our customers deserve, keeping to regulatory standards.\n
\n We will support you to lead, manage and govern your team, assuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.\n
\n You support learning and innovation, as well as promoting an open and fair culture. You will ensure the competence of your team through a process of observation and assessment, coaching and directing as required.\n
\n As a subject matter expert, youll develop and share your knowhow, continually supporting your team, making it a great place to work for your colleagues.\n

You have\n
\n Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social?Care, or?working towards it.\n
\n A good understanding of relevant regulatory policies and procedures, including the fundamental standard regulations.\n
\n Lots of experience of partnership working, as well as having strong inter agency links within health and social care.\n
\n Excellent communication skills, IT skills and strong analytical skills too.\n
\n Confidence in?managing rotas and 24hour service cover.\n

\n You'll work Monday to Friday, with the flexibility to manage your own diary\n
\n Working across our services in Newcastle & occasionally working in our head office for anchor days.\n
\n You need an Enhanced with barring list\n
