Key Responsibilities\n
\n
\n

- Following written procedures for safe working and standard operating practices
\n - Order picking within an 8,000 sq ft warehouse (approximately 200 picks per day)
\n - Booking in stock and putting away
\n - Transporting stock between manufacturing and warehouse facilities
\n - Stock taking and inventory control
\n - Re-boxing and weighing smaller orders
\n - Booking in returned products
\n - Goods inwards: unloading and storing raw materials
\n - Maintaining high standards of housekeeping
\n
\n
\n

- Valid forklift licence (Reach and Counterbalance)
\n - Full, clean UK driving licence, to permit you to operate the company van
\n - Experience in a fast-moving warehouse environment
\n - Excellent command of the English language
\n - Trustworthy and able to work with minimal supervision
\n - Calm under pressure with a proactive approach
\n - Courteous and professional when dealing with customers
\n

Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
\n -
Friday: 7:30am – 4:00pm
\n -
£13.50 - £14.00 per hour with annual salary reviews
\n - Temp to perm opportunity
\n - Full training and extended handover period
\n - Uniform provided after qualifying period
\n - Friendly, supportive working environment
