\nWe're working with a leading South West law firm that's looking to add an experienced Conveyancing Completions Manager to its specialist completions team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys the technical side of residential conveyancing and wants to play a key role in ensuring transactions are completed efficiently, registrations are progressed without delay and clients receive an exceptional service.
\nWorking across the firm's Residential Property and Residential Development teams, you'll become an integral part of a collaborative completions function supporting high-quality legal work across multiple offices.

The Role\nAs part of the South West Completions Team, you'll support Residential Property and Residential Development teams across Bath and Bristol, ensuring transactions progress efficiently from completion through to registration.
\nYour responsibilities will include:

- Preparing completion packs, completion statements and supporting documentation \n
- Coordinating completion monies and liaising with lenders, developers, solicitors and clients \n
- Processing completion funds in accordance with firm procedures \n
- Preparing and submitting HM Land Registry applications, including AP1 applications \n
- Managing Land Registry requisitions and monitoring registrations through to completion \n
- Serving notices on landlords, management companies and other third parties where required \n
- Supporting new build and plot sale registrations \n
- Assisting with mortgage discharges, redemption statements and retention matters \n
- Maintaining accurate records using the firm's case management system \n
- Supporting continuous improvements to completion and post-completion processes \n
You'll already have experience working within residential conveyancing and enjoy the detail-oriented nature of completions and post-completion work.
\nYou'll ideally have:

- Previous experience within residential conveyancing \n
- Experience of completions and/or post-completion processes \n
- A good understanding of HM Land Registry applications and registration procedures \n
- Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail \n
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work to strict deadlines \n
- Strong communication skills with a professional, client-focused approach \n
- Confident IT skills and experience using case management systems \n
Experience with SDLT submissions, Land Registry requisitions, new build transactions, lender portals or the Solicitors Accounts Rules would be advantageous but isn't essential.
