About the Company:

We are working with a well-established financial advisory firm seeking an organised and enthusiastic Office Administrator to join their Kingsley office.

\n

The successful candidate will provide essential administrative support to the wider team, helping ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations and delivering a high standard of service to clients and advisers.

\n

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing general administrative support to the financial planning team
  • \n
  • Maintaining accurate client records and updating internal systems
  • \n
  • Preparing and processing client documentation
  • \n
  • Assisting with the preparation of client review packs and meeting paperwork
  • \n
  • Managing incoming correspondence and liaising with clients and providers
  • \n
  • Supporting advisers and senior administrators with day-to-day tasks
  • \n
  • Updating Intelligent Office (IO) systems and maintaining workflow records
  • \n
  • Processing basic administration tasks relating to pensions, investments, and protection products
  • \n
  • Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and in line with company procedures
  • \n
  • Handling client queries professionally and efficiently
  • \n
  • Supporting the wider office team where required
  • \n

What We’re Looking For:

    \n
  • Previous office administration experience (financial services experience desirable but not essential)
  • \n
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • \n
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • \n
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
  • \n
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
  • \n
  • A proactive and positive approach to work
  • \n
  • Professional attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
  • \n
  • Strong team player who enjoys working collaboratively
  • \n
  • Must be able to work fully office based (non-negotiable)
  • \n

Desirable Skills:

  • Previous experience within financial services, banking, insurance, or professional services
  • \n
  • Experience using Intelligent Office (IO) or other CRM/workflow systems
  • \n
  • Knowledge of pensions, investments, or protection products
  • \n
  • Interest in developing a career within financial planning and working towards industry qualifications
