Whether you're newly qualified, an experienced Technician or a Diagnostic/Master Technician, this dealership offers outstanding manufacturer training, genuine career progression and the chance to work within a supportive, professional workshop.If you're currently working in an independent garage and looking to move into the main dealer environment, or you're already within a franchised dealership and looking for a fresh challenge, this could be the perfect opportunity.What's on Offer? *Basic salary from £27,000 to £38,000 depending on experience and qualifications. *Realistic OTE of up to £48,000. *Monday to Friday only - enjoy every weekend off. *40-hour working week (8:00am - 5:00pm). *Industry-leading manufacturer training and accreditation. *Ongoing investment in your technical development, including hybrid and EV training. *Modern workshop equipped with the latest diagnostic technology. *Company pension and holiday entitlement. *Clear career progression with opportunities to develop into Diagnostic Technician, Master Technician or Workshop Controller roles.Salary StructureJunior / Inexperienced Technician *Basic Salary: £27,000 *OTE: £34,000Experienced Technician *Basic Salary: £33,000 - £35,000 *OTE: £43,000 - £45,000Diagnostic / Master Technician *Basic Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 *OTE: £45,000 - £48,000The RoleAs part of a highly experienced aftersales team, you'll be responsible for: *Servicing, maintaining and repairing customer vehicles to manufacturer standards. *Diagnosing and rectifying mechanical and electrical faults. *Completing warranty and routine servicing work. *Carrying out vehicle health checks and identifying additional work where appropriate. *Using the latest manufacturer diagnostic equipment and repair methods. *Maintaining accurate workshop records and ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards. *Supporting apprentices and junior technicians where appropriate.The Ideal CandidateYou'll ideally have: *Level 3 NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair. *Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician within either a franchised dealership or independent workshop. *MOT Tester qualification (desirable but not essential). *Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills. *Excellent attention to detail and pride in your workmanship. *A full UK Driving Licence.Why Apply?This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable, respected dealership that genuinely invests in its technicians.
