We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Administrator to support the day-to-day running of the office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is looking to establish themselves within a growing business.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting multiple areas of the business, ensuring administrative processes run efficiently while providing excellent support to colleagues, customers and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing general administrative support to the wider team.
  • \n
  • Answering incoming telephone calls and responding to email enquiries professionally.
  • \n
  • Maintaining accurate records, databases and filing systems.
  • \n
  • Preparing documents, reports and correspondence using Microsoft Office.
  • \n
  • Processing data accurately and efficiently.
  • \n
  • Scheduling meetings, appointments and managing diaries where required.
  • \n
  • Liaising with internal departments, customers and suppliers.
  • \n
  • Handling incoming and outgoing post.
  • \n
  • Ordering office supplies and maintaining stock levels.
  • \n
  • Assisting with document control and ensuring records are kept up to date.
  • \n
  • Supporting managers with ad hoc administrative tasks and projects.
  • \n
  • Ensuring all work is completed accurately and within agreed deadlines.

About You

\n
    \n
  • Previous experience in an administration or office support role.
  • \n
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • \n
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • \n
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • \n
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • \n
  • The ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
  • \n
  • A positive, proactive and flexible approach to work.
  • \n
  • The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • \n
