\nWe are looking for a highly organised and proactive Administrator to support the day-to-day running of the office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is looking to establish themselves within a growing business.
\nThe successful candidate will play a key role in supporting multiple areas of the business, ensuring administrative processes run efficiently while providing excellent support to colleagues, customers and suppliers.
\nKey Responsibilities

- Providing general administrative support to the wider team. \n
- Answering incoming telephone calls and responding to email enquiries professionally. \n
- Maintaining accurate records, databases and filing systems. \n
- Preparing documents, reports and correspondence using Microsoft Office. \n
- Processing data accurately and efficiently. \n
- Scheduling meetings, appointments and managing diaries where required. \n
- Liaising with internal departments, customers and suppliers. \n
- Handling incoming and outgoing post. \n
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining stock levels. \n
- Assisting with document control and ensuring records are kept up to date. \n
- Supporting managers with ad hoc administrative tasks and projects. \n
- Ensuring all work is completed accurately and within agreed deadlines. \n
About You
\n- \n
- Previous experience in an administration or office support role. \n
- Excellent organisational and time management skills. \n
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. \n
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail. \n
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook. \n
- The ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines. \n
- A positive, proactive and flexible approach to work. \n
- The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. \n
