Key Responsibilities

- Deliver consistent, 24-hour therapeutic support across varied shift routines. \n
- Assist service users in working through complex emotional, social, and behavioural challenges. \n
- Encourage independence through regular community access, sports, and educational routines. \n
- Protect service user welfare by upholding strict safeguarding and boundary standards. \n
- Work in harmony with existing residential teams to maintain stability and safety. \n
Applicant Profile

- Background in residential childcare or young person support settings is required. \n
- Current PVG scheme clearance. \n
- SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (Children & Young People) highly desirable. \n
- UK driving licence preferred for community transport. \n
- Exceptional crisis resolution capabilities and active listening skills. \n
