\nWe are seeking an experienced Employment Law Specialist to join a growing team, providing expert advice across a broad range of employment law, HR, and Employee Relations matters.
\nThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys client-facing work, has strong employment law knowledge, and wants the autonomy of managing their own client portfolio while having the backing of an experienced team around them.
About the role\nYou will be responsible for managing your own caseload and client relationships, providing practical and commercially focused employment law advice. The role covers a wide variety of HR and ER matters, including:

- Advising clients on employment law issues and best practice \n
- Managing settlement agreements and related documentation \n
- Supporting clients with a range of HR and Employee Relations cases \n
- Providing clear, timely, and practical legal advice \n
- Building trusted relationships with your own client portfolio \n
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to share knowledge and support workload management \n
This role requires someone with a legal background or relevant employment law qualification. You should have:

- Strong experience in employment law advisory work \n
- Knowledge and experience handling settlement agreements \n
- Experience managing a varied employment law caseload \n
- Confidence advising clients on complex HR and ER matters \n
- The ability to work independently while contributing as part of a wider team \n
The team operates with a strong sense of collaboration and support. While each consultant manages their own client list and workload, everyone works together to ensure the right support is available when needed.
\nThe team values responsiveness and aims to provide clients with a high level of service, including same-day responses wherever possible. Consultants regularly keep each other updated throughout the day on workloads and priorities, creating a supportive environment where everyone can manage their responsibilities effectively and maintain a healthy work-life balance.

- Flexibility to work from home due to the nature of the role \n
- Occasional travel to client sites for meetings, training, or chairing sessions (approximately monthly to every few months) \n
