- Delivering professional building surveying services across commercial, industrial, education, healthcare, and public sector properties. \n
- Undertaking building surveys, defect diagnosis, dilapidations, schedules of condition, and technical due diligence. \n
- Managing refurbishment, alteration and maintenance projects from inception through to completion. \n
- Preparing specifications, tender documentation, and contract administration duties. \n
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders. \n
- Supporting junior team members and contributing to their professional development. \n
- Assisting with business development activities and helping to identify new opportunities. \n

- Is MRICS qualified (or approaching qualification with significant relevant experience). \n
- Has a proven background within Building Surveying consultancy. \n
- Possesses strong technical knowledge and attention to detail. \n
- Is confident managing client relationships and leading projects. \n
- Demonstrates excellent communication and report-writing skills. \n
- Enjoys working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. \n
- Holds a full UK driving licence. \n
