Field Service Technician - epower units / trucks/vehicles
\nWe are looking for field engineers more Manchester and surrounding areas.

- Salary up to £40,000 negotiable - Overtime Each Month (time and a half) \n

Duties include fault finding and diagnostics on road legal electric trucks, electric street vacuums, electric tow tugs and a wide range of electric passenger vehicles.
\nDuties include servicing, maintaining and fault diagnostics for our range of electrically powered equipment, EV Trucks and battery powered handling equipment. Must have a strong electrical background and be confident with trouble shooting and diagnosing in the field and workshop. This role is field-based, and the candidate must be able to stay away some nights when required.

\nThis is an opportunity within our company for a professional Technician to join our team, you will be providing service, repair and customer support during field visits to deliver the desired customer service experience.
\nYou will be required to report to our service team with the following responsibilities:

- Service and repair of vast range of electric powered trucks and lifting equipment \n
- Advanced fault finding, diagnostics \n
- Provide timely and detailed service reports \n
- Follow all company's procedures and protocols \n
- Van stock management \n
- Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organisation \n
- Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings \n
- LOLER & Thorough examinations \n
- Build positive relationships with customers \n
Requirements
\n- \n
- Proven field service experience \n
- Electrical Biased \n
- Extensive experience in Mechanical Engineering, Auto Electrical Engineering including a wide range of equipment such as material handling, lifting products and electric trucks. \n
- Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment \n
- English literacy \n
- Ability to work flexible hours \n
- Ability to work away from home when required \n
- Full and clean driving licence \n
- Technical degree or certification \n
- Experience and knowledge of both AC and DC motors \n
