The role includes personal care, supporting her in her day-to-day life, as well as helping her interact with the community and enjoy activities such as shopping or bowling.Do you share our belief that disability is not a barrier, and it doesn’t have to stop anyone from living their best life and enjoying new and varied experiences?Please note that previous experience in complex care and a driver’s license is required for this role.Salary & Benefits:\n

  • Supporting the client at her own home.
  • \n
  • The client lives with a brain injury and experiences communication and mobility difficulties.
  • \n
  • Personal care will be involved, in addition to companionship, taking part in activities, and other ways of interacting with the local community.
  • \n
  • This is initially a bank role transitioning to 30 hours per week
  • \n
Successful Applicant:\n
    \n
  • Must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle.
  • \n
  • Previous experience with brain injury is preferred, but not essential – training will be provided.
  • \n
  • Able to work unsociable hours (evenings, nights, and weekends).
  • \n
