- Job Type: Part-time (25 hours per week) \n
- Contract: Fixed-term (2–3 years) \n
- Salary: £20k–£24k pro rata (£30k–£35k FTE), dependent on experience \n

\nDay-to-day of the role:
\n- \n
- Provide high-quality executive support to the CEO and Deputy CEO, managing complex diaries and co-ordinating meetings and travel arrangements. \n
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining office facilities, equipment and supplies. \n
- Support the operational efficiency of the company by co-ordinating administrative processes and assisting with the operational delivery across the team. \n
- Act as a professional first point of contact for senior stakeholders, partners and visitors, maintaining a welcoming and professional environment. \n
- Provide administrative support for organisational projects, including onboarding new staff, processing financial documents and assisting with event planning and delivery. \n
Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience in an Executive Assistant, Office Manager or senior administrative role. \n
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. \n
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). \n
- Experience using CRM and digital administrative systems. \n
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism. \n
