An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised and proactive Team Administrator to join a leading international professional services firm. \nKey Responsibilities

- Provide administrative support to fee earners and the wider team. \n
- Manage diaries, meetings, travel arrangements, and expense claims. \n
- Prepare, format, proofread, and distribute documents, presentations, and meeting materials. \n
- Assist with client matter administration, file management, and document organisation. \n
- Process invoices, support time recording, and maintain accurate records. \n
- Update internal databases and assist with event coordination. \n
- Carry out general office administration, including scanning, filing, and document production. \n
About You

- Previous office or administrative experience is desirable. \n
- Excellent organisational and time management skills. \n
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy. \n
- Confident using Microsoft Office applications. \n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. \n
- Able to prioritise workloads and work effectively under pressure. \n
- Professional, proactive, and a strong team player. \n
