About the Role

We are currently recruiting for an Industrial Cleaner to join a busy crab processing factory in Paignton, Devon. This is a hands-on role where you will play a key part in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across the production site.

You will be working as part of a team responsible for ensuring all factory areas, equipment, and production tools are thoroughly cleaned and ready for daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning and sanitising factory production areas
\n
• Washing and sanitising trays and food processing equipment
\n
• Cleaning and maintaining machinery to hygiene standards
\n
• Hosing down factory floors and work areas
\n
• Ensuring compliance with strict health and safety procedures
\n
• Working efficiently to meet daily cleaning schedules
\n
• Supporting overall site cleanliness and hygiene standards
\n

What We’re Looking For

• Previous cleaning or industrial cleaning experience (preferred but not essential)
\n
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
\n
• Strong attention to detail and hygiene standards
\n
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude
\n
• Ability to work well as part of a team
\n

What We Offer

• Monday to Friday, 3pm to 11pm
