\nAs a Claims Handler in the DMU team you will be organised and methodical. You will be tasked with organising vehicle repairs and hire vehicles for policyholders and third parties following a road traffic accident.
\n\nKey Responsibilities

- Work with various stakeholders such as policyholders, insurance companies, brokers, vehicle repairers and vehicle suppliers to ensure the smooth and effective completion of the claimant's claim. \n
- Take responsibility for a caseload of claims, organising the relevant services for each claim, updating the customer every step of the journey. \n
- Manage costs and expectations from clients and customers around hire, repair timescales and total loss claims. \n
- Organise invoices received from the repair and hire providers, ensuring they are accurate and submitting for payment/approval. \n
- Inbox management, responding to enquiries from cover holders, clients, and brokers. \n
- Work as part of a team to ensure that the customer is kept informed every step of the way. \n
What we are looking for:

- Experience in motor claims handling, insurance, or vehicle repair coordination desired. \n
- Experience handling high-volume calls is essential. \n
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. \n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. \n
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail. \n
- Competence in using MS Office and claims management systems. \n
- A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. \n
Requirements:
