Sales Administrator

Sales Administrator Poole | Full-Time | Office-Based | £26,000 per annum + Quarterly Bonus Talent Guardian is recruiting on behalf of a well-established and successful business in Poole for a Sales Administrator to join their busy and dynamic sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing exceptional customer service. As a key member of the sales support team, you will act as a central point of contact within the office, supporting the sales function by processing orders, managing sales enquiries, and ensuring customers and dealerships receive a seamless service. The Role Working closely with the sales team and other internal departments, your responsibilities will include: Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently. Managing sales enquiries and actioning incoming leads. Coordinating deliveries and updating customers on order progress. Providing administrative support to the sales team. Liaising with customers, end users and the dealership network to deliver excellent service. Building and maintaining strong working relationships with colleagues and customers. Ensuring all administration is completed accurately and in a timely manner. About You We're looking for someone who is organised, motivated and enjoys being part of a collaborative team. To be successful in this role, you'll have: Previous experience in a Sales Administrator, Customer Service or Administration role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail. A positive, proactive and "can-do" attitude. Confidence using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook. The ability to prioritise workload and work effectively in a busy office environment. What's on Offer?
