Site Manager

Start: w/c 31st August (site setup the week prior) Duration: 4 weeks Location: Lancaster We’re recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to support a Tesco Express fit‑out project in Lancaster. This role includes site setup the week before the main works begin. We’re ideally looking for someone with previous Tesco or retail fit‑out experience, as this will help with the pace, standards and expectations on site. Role Requirements: * Previous experience managing retail fit‑out or convenience store projects * Strong understanding of Tesco processes, H&S and site protocols (preferred) * Ability to manage trades, maintain programme and ensure compliance * SMSTS/SSSTS, First Aid and relevant tickets * Good communication and organisational skills What’s Involved: * Overseeing day‑to‑day site operations * Managing trades and ensuring works run to programme * Maintaining site safety, paperwork and compliance * Supporting site setup the week prior to the start date If you’re available and would like to be considered, please apply with your latest CV and tickets.
