Location: Euston

Looking for a high-earning operational role on a commercial site? We are hiring a Mechanical Shift Engineer with a background in Plumbing or Air Conditioning to join an established facilities maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• \n

  Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across all mechanical systems.

\n
• \n

  Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, chillers, pipework, and commercial plumbing infrastructure.

\n
• Small project installs
\n
• \n

  Monitor Building Management Systems (BMS) to ensure optimal system performance and comfort levels.

\n
• \n

  Manage water hygiene, Legionella testing, L8 compliance, and general plumbing diagnostics.

\n
• \n

  Respond to emergency call-outs on-site and support minor installation or refurbishment works.

\n

• Requirements:

  NVQ Level 2/3 or City & Guilds in Plumbing, Mechanical Engineering, or Air Conditioning (F-Gas beneficial).
