\n You’ll work a consistent 5-day monday - friday pattern:\n
\n
\n We’re recruiting reliable Assembly Operatives to join a busy and growing operation in Pucklechurch. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering long-term stability for the right candidates.\n
\n
\n 🔧 Your Duties Will Include:\n
\n \n
\n Industrial/Manufacturing (around 75–85%) The core responsibilities are production-focused:\n
\n

\n
• Assembling refrigeration units from existing designs.
\n
• Following engineering drawings and work instructions.
\n
• Fitting mechanical components.
\n
• Using jib/gantry cranes to install compressors.
\n
• Installing insulation (lagging).
\n
• Maintaining quality standards and health & safety.
\n
• Working to production schedules.
\n

These are typical manufacturing operative duties found in a factory or workshop.\n
\n Technical Engineering (around 15–25%) There are some technical aspects:\n
\n

\n
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
\n
• Identifying discrepancies in drawings or components.
\n
• Understanding mechanical assemblies.
\n
• Working with refrigeration equipment.
\n
• Carrying out testing/inspection (preferred experience).
\n

These tasks require technical aptitude, but you're using engineering information, not creating it\n

\n Previous Manufacturing or assembly operative roles preffered \n
\n
\n Reliable, punctual, and hard-working\n

\n Comfortable with physical work and being on your feet\n
