Work within friendly and supportive school environmentsYour RoleAs a Chef Manager , you will:Lead and manage the day-to-day operation of the school kitchenPlan and deliver healthy, nutritious meals in line with school standardsManage kitchen staff, rotas, and daily workloadsMonitor stock levels, ordering, and budget controlEnsure food hygiene, health & safety, and allergen compliance are maintained at all timesDeliver excellent food quality and presentationBuild positive relationships with school staff, pupils, and stakeholdersSupport the smooth and efficient running of the catering serviceWhat We're Looking ForPrevious experience as a Chef Manager, Catering Manager, Head Chef, or similar leadership roleExperience working within schools, education catering, contract catering, or high-volume catering environmentsStrong leadership, organisational, and communication skillsFood Hygiene Certificate (Level 2 or above preferred)Knowledge of food safety, allergens, and nutritional standardsCurrent DBS check is advantageous, although we can assist with obtaining one if requiredReliable, professional, and able to work independentlyOwn transport is beneficial due to client locationsApply TodayIf you're an experienced Chef Manager looking for your next opportunity in Didcot schools this September , we'd love to hear from you.??
