• Basic Salary: Up to £35,000 (up to £37,000 for a more experienced candidate)

• Realistic OTE: £40,000 – £42,500

• Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

We're looking for a Service/MOT Technician to join a busy and experienced workshop in Bromley.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys carrying out servicing, repairs and general maintenance. An MOT Licence would be a huge advantage, but it isn't essential.

Whether you're currently working in an independent garage or a main dealership, we'd love to hear from you. Main dealer experience is not required – if you're looking to take the next step in your career, this could be the perfect opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out routine servicing, maintenance and repair work, including brakes, exhausts and general mechanical repairs.
\n
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults accurately.
\n
• Inspect, maintain and repair vehicle systems to a high standard.
\n
• Provide accurate repair estimates and keep the Service Team informed throughout.
\n
• Advise customers on future maintenance requirements.
\n
• Complete all workshop documentation and job records accurately.
\n

What We're Looking For

\n
• Level 3 qualification in Motor Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent).
\n
• Full UK driving licence.
\n
• MOT Licence (desirable but not essential).
\n
• Own tools (desirable).
\n
• A positive attitude, excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
\n
