Exciting Opportunity for an Experienced Senior Residential Conveyancer to run your own caseload and support the Head of Department with supervising & developing other members of the team

Your Role

As a Residential Conveyancer, you will:

\n
• Handle a broad range of property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
\n
• Assist the Head of Department with supervising & mentoring
\n
• Work closely with the in-house support team - for onboarding, post-completion and business support
\n
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, estate agents and other property professionals
\n

What We’re Looking For

\n
• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer
\n
• At least 4 years’ experience in residential conveyancing
\n
• Strong knowledge of property transactions, title reviews and leasehold matters.
\n
• Candidates based in Plymouth or with strong local connections are welcome to apply, as are those looking to relocate
\n
• Any managerial experience would be beneficial, but not essential
\n
