Job Description

We are seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our team in Gillingham. This is a temporary position with the opportunity to go permanent for the right applicant, subject to attendance, time-keeping and performance, working rotating shifts (6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm).

Key responsibilities:

    Receiving raw materials and booking stock in

    • \n
  • \n

    Putting materials away and keeping the stores area organised

    • \n
  • \n

    Supplying materials to the shop floor to support production

    • \n
  • \n

    Scanning products in and out using handheld devices

    • \n
  • \n

    Supporting stock transfers between sites

    • \n
\n

Previous warehouse or stores experience is desirable but not essential. An accredited FLT licence is beneficial, though training can be provided for the right candidate.

Hours: Rotating shifts 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm. Initial training will take place on a standard day shift before moving to rotating shifts.
