Acorn by Synergie is recruiting experienced HGV Class 2 (Cat C) Drivers to join a well-established local business in the Newport area.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced HGV Class 2 Drivers, Class 2 Drivers, Cat C Drivers, LGV Drivers, or Multi-Drop Drivers looking for full-time, ongoing work with competitive rates of pay, immediate starts, and the opportunity to secure long-term employment.

• £19.00-£23.00 per hour Umbrella PAYE.

• Minimum 8 hours' pay guaranteed per shift.
\n
• Monday to Friday working pattern.
\n
• 6am starts.
\n
• Ongoing, full-time work.
\n
• Immediate starts available.
\n
• Temp-to-perm opportunity.

• Drive and operate a Class 2 (Cat C) vehicle safely and efficiently.
\n
• Complete 6-10 deliveries per day across South Wales.
\n
• Deliver goods accurately and on time while providing excellent customer service.
\n
• Conduct daily vehicle safety checks and report any defects.
\n
• Complete delivery paperwork accurately.
\n
• Comply with all road transport legislation and company policies.
\n
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach at all times.
\n

• Full UK driving licence with Category C (Class 2) entitlement.
\n
• Valid Driver CPC qualification.
\n
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
\n
• Previous multi-drop delivery experience is preferred.
\n
• Good knowledge of driver hours and road transport legislation.
\n
• Reliable, flexible, and customer-focused approach.
