\nAs a Customer Service Representative you will be the first point of contact for customers looking to place an order with the business.
\nYou will be handing a range of queries providing excellent product knowledge supporting with quotations and taking orders alongside processing on the system.
\nThe role will be supporting customers throughout their order journey from start to finish and will work closely with other members of the business to ensure a seamless experience.

\nPrevious customer service and sales order processing experience
\nAn excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills
\nAble to work in a busy fast paced volume environment
