This is an excellent opportunity for aspiring Educational Psychologists, Clinical Psychologists, Therapists, or Teachers looking to build hands-on experience within a specialist setting. As an ASD Teaching Assistant, you will: Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with ASD. Encourage confidence, independence, and engagement in learning. Support students with communication, social interaction, and emotional regulation. Work closely with teachers to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Monitor students' progress and wellbeing throughout the school day.We're looking for an ASD Assistant who is: Patient, compassionate, and passionate about supporting young people with SEN. A confident communicator with a positive and proactive approach. Interested in gaining practical experience before a career in psychology, therapy, or education.
