Senior Big Data Manager

My leading Tech client are looking for a talented and motivated individual to lead their Data Engineering and Platforms function, with accountability for 2 strategic data platforms; their enterprise Data Lake, the backbone of the organisations' data capability, and the Campaign Management tool which directly enables marketing and commercial outcomes.

This is a senior, highly visible leadership role requiring strategic vision and operational rigour. You'll own the platform operations, structured programme delivery, and C-suite stakeholder engagement.

The following skills/experience is essential:

• Previously worked in a senior data or technology leadership role.

• Managed people in a complex enterprise environment.
\n
• Deep understanding of enterprise data platform concepts (data lakes, data warehousing, data mesh).
\n
• SAFe or scaled Agile delivery methodology background
\n
• Excellent communication skills

Salary: Up to £110,000 + package

Location: London (good work from home options available)
