Executive Officer

We've got a great opportunity for a long term temp role within the Food Standard Agency, to join a fast-paced office, working as part of the admin team.

\n Overview:
\n - Fulltime Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
\n - Long term Temporary ongoing role
\n - Pay - £15.73 per Hour
\n - Location - York
\n - Start date ASAP

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
To deliver Business Services work streams, including:

\n
• The planning and delivery of meetings and events (internal and external)
\n
• Financial activities; including raising of purchase orders and paying of invoices
\n
• Collation of Management information
\n
• Providing facilities support within the York Office.
\n
• Booking travel, accommodation, car hire.
\n
• Dealing with public enquiries on food hygiene, business start-ups and general enquiries via telephone and email.
\n
• Support the Business Services team in driving workflow, allocation and continuous improvement within the team
\n
• To have a working knowledge of the other Business Services work streams and work flexibly across them should the need arise.
\n

Essential Criteria

• Strong work planning and prioritisation skills
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills
\n
• Confident delivery of services with minimal day to day supervision
\n
